Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cc4444 ("cc4444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at cc4444.vip, including all associated services, game content, sports betting markets, promotions, and customer support functions provided therein.

By completing the account registration process on cc4444.vip — including ticking the confirmation checkbox and clicking the registration button — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).

You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of cc4444, nor an immediate family member of such an individual.

Identity Verification (KYC)

cc4444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC), may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used on your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in your account being temporarily restricted until verification is complete.

You are permitted to hold one account only on cc4444. If cc4444 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same mobile number, the same bKash or Nagad wallet, the same IP address, or the same device — cc4444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending a full investigation.

Account Accuracy: It is your responsibility to keep your registered account details up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or primary payment method changes, update your account information promptly via the account management section or by contacting cc4444 support.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on cc4444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). cc4444 does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. cc4444 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may differ and will be displayed at the point of deposit.
Deposits are credited to your cc4444 wallet within 1–10 minutes of a confirmed transaction. In exceptional cases of network congestion, processing may take longer.
You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. cc4444 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit made from an account registered to another person will be returned and the depositing account may be reviewed.
cc4444 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any deposit that it deems unusual or inconsistent with your account history.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that is registered in the same name as your cc4444 account. You cannot withdraw to a third-party account under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within the withdrawal section of your account.
cc4444 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may be longer for bank transfer withdrawals or during periods of high demand.
cc4444 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or review of potential bonus abuse.
Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 4 of these Terms. Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are met.

Anti-Money Laundering Notice: cc4444 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. Any transaction that cc4444 reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be reported and the associated account suspended immediately. cc4444 will cooperate fully with any investigation by relevant authorities.

Section 4

Bonuses & Promotions

cc4444 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only. 18+
Each player is entitled to claim a specific promotional offer once only, unless the terms of that promotion explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including by opening additional accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
Bonuses are credited to a bonus wallet that is separate from your main real-money balance. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses on cc4444 is 30x the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion's terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable funds.
Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each qualifying bet. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Sports betting contributions vary by market and will be specified in the relevant promotional terms. Teen Patti and Andar Bahar typically contribute 50%.
cc4444 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, including bonuses already credited to a player's account, if cc4444 has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being abused or exploited.
Bonuses not claimed within the validity period stated in the offer will expire automatically and be removed from your bonus wallet without replacement.

Bonus Abuse: cc4444 uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including coordinated betting patterns, matched betting using bonus funds, and collusion between accounts. Players found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonus balances forfeited and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.

Section 5

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using cc4444, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players and must be observed throughout the period in which your account remains active.

You Agree To:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all subsequent points of contact with cc4444.

Notify cc4444 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Strictly Prohibited Conduct

Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, or using another person's payment account to deposit or withdraw funds.
Exploitation of technical errors: Exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or other technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error will be voided.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either you or cc4444 may close a player account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

Prior to closure, cc4444 will process any verified pending withdrawals to your registered payment method, provided that all KYC and wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Suspension or Closure by cc4444

cc4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
Discovery that the registered player is under the age of 18. 18+
Discovery that the player holds multiple accounts on cc4444.
Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, cc4444 will endeavour to complete its review within 30 calendar days and communicate the outcome to the player via their registered email address. Where an account is permanently closed due to a verified breach, cc4444 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances in accordance with these Terms.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability & Disputes

cc4444 provides its services on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable, and cc4444 will endeavour to perform maintenance outside peak hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cc4444's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cc4444 wallet in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cc4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including — but not limited to — loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from network interruptions beyond cc4444's reasonable control.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your cc4444 account, a transaction, a bonus ruling, or any aspect of the platform's operation, you should contact cc4444 customer support in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. cc4444 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

All disputes will be handled in the English language. cc4444's decision on any operational dispute — including bonus disputes, wagering requirement interpretations, and account closure decisions — is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure described in this section.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to cc4444's operating jurisdiction. By using cc4444, you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in respect of any dispute arising under these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated with effect from 1 January 2026. cc4444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
